[Music] my name is cat Arnold and I was the conceptual designer on this project I've been working the events industry for six or seven years now we were given the brief of pop-ups we wanted to keep the 1960s feel all those lovely bold colors that you have in there but creating slightly different color scheme and embodying the client and also kind of modern technology than what well that we live in today they wanted to create something totally different than what we did last year so last year we did a party at the sky garden which was 1920s 1940s themed was very elegant and opulent and stylish they wanted to keep that kind of stylish elegance however where the total didn't Wrigley decided to create exhibition spaces to reflect the kind of art gallery pop art nature that we were working with so we had a range of exhibition spaces within the whole event and this would start off by going to get their faces painted so they would actually become pop-up characters their self they could then move on to our and our photo booth which was actually inspired by a sort of a modern and pop artist and which is a yellow consumer both pronounce her name correctly there's an amazing artist we actually AM designed essentially an infinity murmured space for guests to go into become parts of this pop art world and we had a rainbow staircase where guests would put on a pair of headphones and they would listen to a quirky mobster version of some of the rainbows they climbed off our licensed elation and then we also have the David Hockney bull pond which was actually a swimming pool inspired by his work a bigger splash we created a VIP space upstairs which we actually got really good feedback from in previous years we have had a slightly smaller VIP space which as is with the nature of these things everybody wants to go to so we decided to create the whole balcony upstairs at the venue into a black and white drawing cafe and we had little black board tables that people who get a marker pen and I can make their own art upstairs and we also had a lovely big backdrop which and featured foam board essentially draw drawing sketches and which are lovely designers and created [Music] the biggest challenge that we face really with this venue was the fact that it was an amazing big industrial space so as to really large rooms and you only have so much budget so we tried to make this work by uncreated features of the space so draw people's attention to we got some really good feedback on the night I think guests really enjoyed the interactivity that they've got to have with the pop art theme itself or the guests have a smile on their face the whole time they definitely we're having a good time you know he was like I know they were [Music]
