[Music] this is my epilepsy journey I was diagnosed with epilepsy at the age of six I've perhaps to change my life severely the simplest thing for some people is what I find very challenging when I have a seizure I become very tearful need reassuring it's not easy to live with because this loves the things that I can't do like I will to drive it a minute but I can't cuz I've had seizures and I just need to remember to always off my medication which is really tough costs my memory is really bad I miss school watch do two appointments and my medication terms get started I was terrified about my whole life and what this would mean for me out of the blue on father September 2013 a big seizure nearly took my life I know what happened okay I had what was called a grand mal she came down the stairs just walk down normally on the morning and then we just heard a big bang thank you collapsed and she was having a big seizure on the floor and yeah we felt was losing her lips were blue she wasn't breathing it's not nice I mean to to attempt to do CPR when you do - I started my running journey in August 2013 me and Dad when the parent together I was proud of myself it was a great feeling but very tough learning has changed my life for the better completely itself there with me confidence and everything costs when we first went to pattern I'd just hide behind me dad I won't talk to anyone but now I just got to people and talked about time you got me dad they're things I do now such as walking through both stop going out with friends going up to people asking questions I would not have dreamt of doing before I started women [Music] don't ever give up you are not alone I take every day as it comes [Music] official first prize [Laughter] [Music] this is my dad system auntie Polly my granddad okay but cousin cam ran and ran to College Park that Morty let's get Sean rode right come on let's do it okay good morning welcome everybody sebasi part number 424 [Applause] she's outgoing she's vivacious whereas she was this little mouse before you shout them - yeah oh yeah when the egg of shelter come on you can get round and she does it so nervous smiles and she's really she looks like she's not enjoying it so we have to remind of it she is we call it a caretakers I always said to people that even if they're struggling even on the down there's just try and pick yourself up and there's always a way out of there regardless just trying carry honors you can the best that you can depart for your family your dad who has inspired you Jessica Ennis he'll she's she without salt inspiration to me when I were young I always just to watch on TV I just think she's a true inspiration cuz she never gives up and it just reminds me of me because I don't would you be interested in media yeah I'd love to meet her tim has managed to arrange a meeting for you to meet Jess how cool is that wow you're winding me up [Laughter] if you are an epilepsy hero out there oh I will say two ways don't ever give up there is a light at the end of the tunnel [Music] are you telling us all about the amazing things you don't I don't want that put Sabine name ID check it's Lee partner [Music]
