Iain Glen (Game of Thrones) reads Michael Rosen's (We're Going On a Bear Hunt) famous poem, 'These Are The Hands', which he wrote to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the NHS. <p>The film is in aid of the NHS Charities Together Appeal.
